WHAT IS VITALISATION?

Vitalisation is the process of using sound waves to change the structure and energy spectrum of wine molecules. The sounds of specially selected classical music are played directly into the wine for an extended period of time in order to intensify the wine’s qualities and positive impact on the human body.

THE METHOD

A limited selection of quality red wine from well-ripen grapes ages for several months (3-12) in oak barrels in a dedicated soundproof environment. The music of selected classical pieces from renowned composers is played directly within the barrels. Cutting edge sensors and devices – developed byour extensive research and engineering work in the field of hydroacoustics– transform the electrical signal of the music into a mechanical wave and capture what is “heard” by the liquid. The harmonic potential of the music is concentrated directly onto the aging wines thanks to the precise balancing of the devises to avoid the sound’s propensity to disperse its potential across the room.

EXCLUSIVE FIRST VITALISED WINE COLLECTION

Our first vitalised wine has matured under the sound of the timeless pieces by Ludwig van Beethoven. Their powerful energy charge poured into the new wine to create the world’s first vitalised wine.

Once bottled the vitalised wine continues to further develop its unique qualities and flavours.

The bottles are platinum plated to protect the wine’s superior quality from interference of the external environment for a longer period of time.

Each bottle is individually numbered and is of collector´s value. 

FIRST VITALIZED WINE IS VINTAGE 2013.
The first vitalised wine collection was crafted with the sound of music by Ludwig van Beethoven. The sound’s vibrations poured directly into the oak barrel to create the world’s first vitalised wine. Once bottled, the vitalised wine continues to further develop its unique qualities with a bouquet of aromas and flavours. The bottles are platinum plated to protect the wine’s superior quality from interference of the external environment for a longer period of time. Each bottle is individually numbered and is of collector´s value. 

Please store the wine on its side and at a steady temperature of 15-17 °C. We guarantee the highest wine quality, which given appropriate storage conditions, will long preserve its unique qualities.

THE SECOND VITALIZED WINE is Vintage 2016

The second vitalised wine collection aged under the eternal masterpieces of Antonio Vivaldi. Their powerful charge flowed into the oak barrels transforming the wine inside into the very first vitalised wine in the world (vintage 2016). Once bottled, the wine continues to develop a complex flavour profile. The bottles are coated with platinum in order to optimally protect them from the external environment over a longer period of time. Each bottle is individually numbered and is of collector’s value.
