Rossidi Winery - one of of best Boutique Wineries in Bulgaria, from Thracian Valley Region. Terroir is great for Wines. People who make the wine are absolute "wine freaks" who put so much attention to every single step of wine making, that it is unbelievable!
Origin: Nikolaevo, Eastern-Thracian Valley, Bulgaria
Variety: Pinot Noir – 100 %
Alcohol: 13 % vol.
Color: The wine seduces with lovely pink colour.
Aroma: The nose is alluring combination of rose blossom, raspberries, cherries, white peach and layers of cream.
Taste: On the palate it is dry, mineral and juicy bringing on the main scene flavours of fresh cherries, dry apricot, just a touch of saline, pink grapefruit and pomegranate.
Medium plus body that corresponds with the flavor intensity and the alcohol. The finish is medium long and juicy with loads of charm.
